We've had a fabulous time

Purple Bra fundraising through all of June has been a lot of fun. The Purple Bras became a part of our
A Man At Hand uniform for the week and our guys wore them proudly.

We raised $1274!

$5 from every job in June has been contributed to fundraising as well as hundreds of dollars in donations from our wonderful clients, suppliers and team. Thank you for the support! So far we've raised $1274 for this great cause.

Why?

Unfortunately in 2016 the A Man At Hand team were directly impacted by breast cancer with the diagnosis of Caroline, Leon's wife. We found out first hand about the amazing support provided by Breast Cancer Care WA. Their work is really important, and we want to do what we can to help.

Approximately 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lives. That is approx. 16,000 per year, with approx. 140 men each year also. Approx. 800 young women (20-39) are also diagnosed each year. Unfortunately Caroline, along with many other mums of young children in Perth, fit into this category.
