A Man At Hand recently completed a full shed renovation to create a private home office for its owners. The renovation included:

- Baton the entire internal of the shed
- Supply and install new Eco Wool insulation to walls and ceilings
- Supply and clad walls and ceiling with gyprock
- Flush, sand, seal and paint all walls and ceiling
- Install split system airconditioning

A Man At Hand Handyman and Maintenance worked with Passion Pods www.passionpods.com.au to renovate an shed into a new studio unit. Passion Pods did the interior design and the crew from A Man At Hand completed the renovation works. The renovation included:

- plaster and gyprock to internal walls
- new ceilings including bulkhead construction
- new toilet and shower
- new kitchen
- new floor boards
- installation of window

Kardinya, WA – Full property rejuvenation/renovation

A Man At Hand Handyman and Maintenance did a full property rejuvenation/renovation in Kardinya, WA. The renovation included:

Outside

- Landscaping to the front and back yards
- Paving to the patio area, to the shed and garden areas
- Resheeting of the pergola and repainting of the pergola beams for a new fresh look
- Rendering to the front of the house
- Amendments as directed by the engineer to the pergola and shed to enable council approval

Revitalise an Existing Sun-room

A Man At Hand ventured down to Busselton for the weekend and teamed up with our Busselton ‘sister business’, As Above Roofing, to re-build a sunroom. The spec was to retain as much as possible of the old structure that had been built, in particular the timber roof beams. See the photos below.
